I was in the process of refinancing and was suppose to close in two days with guaranteed rate mortgage the mortgage broker working on this quit now no one wants to touch the mortgage and I can’t refinance

Nope. That is NOT negligence. The fact that you cannot refinance is YOUR problem. You are NEVER entitled to a refinance….no matter what. You cannot sue them and MAKE them refinance the loan. The legal system does not work that way.
In the process simply closed in two days? Get out of here.
you can’t sue a person for quiting their job. that’s dumb
