Are any of the online weight loss programs NOT scams?

July 31st, 2010 admin 4 Comments

I mean programs that you buy and then download the ebook, like Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle (http://www.burnthefat.com/) OR Combat the Fat (http://www.combatthefat.com/index.html)

I’m thinking about buying Combat the Fat, it got good reviews (from real people, not people in the testimonial section)

Do you know any the AREN’T scams and that actually WORK?

they are all scams. the way to lose weight is to eat healthy and in moderation and exercise every day. there is no quick and easy way to lose weight.

.I’m not familiar with any that aren’t scams but DEFINITELY read reviews (on sites that don’t sell it) before you purchase anything whether it’s a book, supplement, diet program, etc.

I’ve found that the best thing to do is simply make the lifestyle change of eating right and exercising, and no add’l plans, programs, or money needs to be spent (other than what I spend on new sneakers or workout DVDs to add variety).
