I need help on the teeth whitening cost department. I’ve used white strips before but they’re really gross for some reason. Any other teeth whitening cost methods that has worked for yourself?

Here is an article all about tooth whitening, what are the best methods, what are the active ingredients, and how to do it yourself at home if you want. Quick summary – your dentist can do the best professional job quickly with a process such as Zoom, but this can cost up to $500. Many dentists will work with you to give you trays that can be used at home. You can also buy the trays and bleaching agents directly from loads of people on the internet. The strips are awkward and leave lines if you don’t have perfect teeth. The trays cover all the teeth.
Here is some information. I have tried a few methods, but not had a lot of success. The methods I have personally tried are the Zoom method, whitening strips, and toothpaste. The oldest and cheapest method is brushing with baking soda.
If money was no object I would be tempted to try Lumiere’s or work with a cosmetic dentist to get whiter caps and more intense bleaching. I talked to a friend who did this for a living and he explained a lot of options.
Just in case you ever wonder, if you have a Medical Flex Plan at work that lets you put away $1999 a year for medically related procedures, you can use it for Lasix which has a medical reason. You cannot use it for teeth whitening though.
I stopped pursuing this when I developed a lot of tooth sensitivity. Another of my issues is that I have caps on my two front teeth due to an accident and whitening doesn’t work on fake teeth. All of this was done three or more years ago and more and better things are available now.
I called my cousin’s wife who has amazing white teeth beyond what some dentists are comfortable doing and she had the Zoom method. Wayne Newton (see the movie:Las Vegas Vacation) evidently told his dentist he wanted the audience to see his smile on the stage. Dentists want to keep your smile looking more natural, but many of us who are used to lipstick and mascara do not buy that argument. I asked a friend (dentist) about my teeth whitening gels questions and she recommended ordering a teeth whitening kit online….it’s the best thing I’ve ever used. It works great and really doesn’t take that long to whiten. You can also go to your dentist and get the take home gel but the price for those ranges from $500-$2000. Try the whitening kit first to spend a little and see if that works. If you don’t like it then visit your doctor for their home gel. You can also try baking soda and peroxide but it takes a very long time to see any type of ‘teeth whitening gels’ result.
