    Eat less and do more!

    1) Start an excercise program including cardio (running, biking, eliptical) for at least 5 times per week of 40 minutes per session.

    2) Get your calories down to right around 1700 hundred per day and split them up into 5 small meals per day.

    3) Stay focused and work hard!

    4) Find a partner to train with you so you can keep each other motivated.

You should go buy some books on nutrition and excercise to help you out. Reading Men’s Health is a great way to learn some cool stuff to keep your workouts interesting.

    diets don’t usually work!

the 6 main points to losing weight are:
1.drink lots of water.(1lr or more a day!)
2.sweets and chocolate and bad stuff only once a week(sat. is best day!)
3.lots of vegetables and fruit and fish.
4.at least an hour of some kind of exercise a day.
5.less fizzy drinks, alcohol and tea and coffee.
6.lots of sleep and a positive attitude.

    trust me it works.
I was 5″3 and 141ibs which is overweight.

Running and weight training to get your metabolism going and also doing Pilates for overall lean muscles. And like the 1st guy said, eat less and healthier.
    You can do it!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

You have so many options and should be able to drop the weight by summer.

    You could:
    * Join Weight Watchers
    * Replace 2 of your means with low fat, low calorie means and exercise a few times a week.
    * Get the BodyBugg as seen on TV’s the Biggest Loser. This is a devise you wear on your arm and it tracks your calories burned and consumed, making weight lose easier.

    Raise your level of progesterone.

Interestingly, I read it here: How Progesterone Hormones Help Women To Lose Weight
    http://aboutwomenshealthissues.com/how-progesterone-hormones-help-women-to-lose-weight/2008/

    It presents that:
Raising the level of progesterone hormones helps to lose weight.

Why would raising the level of progesterone hormones help lose weight? Because the symptoms mentioned above are caused by a progesterone deficiency. It is creating desires in you that instigate weight gain. Binge eating carbohydrates or sweets will put weight on anyone. A progesterone deficiency can also cause fatigue and muscle soreness that will make you less likely to exercise.

You should try to exercise more, if you feel lazy to exercise try dancing. Dancing will make you feel happy and also be in a good shape.

You should also try to eat more vegetables and less carbohydrate and oily foods.

You can also try some natural pills to help loose weight. These pills will help reduce your appetite so when used together with a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise, They can be very helpful.
